Hi, we briefly met outside the parking lot of a Grocery Outlet here in Sacramento. We were parking the car, when I noticed you making hand movements and waving at the sky. I asked my wife what you were doing, and she said ‘he’s flying a kite’. I had never seen a kite so small and functional in my life! I love kites. The simplicity and DIY* attitude of this kite is incredible. At that moment we bought two and we have really enjoyed these kites very much, as well as the detail in the packaging and instructions that go along with it. This is a great, fun website, very much in the spirit of the Mighty Kite. More pictures, more pictures, if you please. Ive been giving Mighty Kites as gifts to wonderful students in South Africa and Rwanda for the past ten years. At the end of the day, there are usually a few extra kites which make it happily home. Flying a Mighty Kite in public - overseas or stateside - is a great way to meet people. Seems nobody can resist these little pleasure dynamos. When someone is amazed by the kite size, I just let them know its not tiny, just very, very far away.

Which was a dream come true, because I'd lost mine and was searching for another. And now I fly it regularly. I even took it out to fly with this puppet and thought it would make you laugh.  Finally got mine   yesterday. I have them proudly displayed on the coffee table... and go   figure, yesterday's and this weekend's forecast is supposed to be cold,   windy, and rainy. I like the sarcastic instructions for the kites also.   Whoever designed the package and wrote the instructions for these kites must   have been tripping on something.

My 3 kites arrived   on Saturday and I live just outside of Houston. These things really are tiny,   and I was skeptical when I opened the first one and discovered the whole   thing is fragile tissue paper. However, unrolling the string (more like   sewing thread, really) in a slight breeze brought a huge smile to my 3 year   old son's face. He loved flying his own tiny kite. Until his little sister   took a swipe at it, pulling one tail off and ripping the kite. Good thing I   bought 3 of them! Enjoy your tiny kites.
